In celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, UN Women and the Action Coalition on Technology and Innovation for Gender Equality are pleased to invite you to a High-Level Virtual Dialogue that aims to explore the roles of women and girls in building 21st century science and technology enterprises. The event will focus on the theme ‘Creating Entrepreneurship opportunities for Women and Girls in Science’ and provide an opportunity to discuss strategic ways to support women and girls, highlight success stories through action and impact, and present examples of strong commitments by diverse stakeholders to galvanize new support in line with the Action Coalition’s blueprints. The event will involve conversations with representatives of Member States, Private Sector, Civil Society Organization, Youth, and beneficiaries of successful programs.
The event will be held as a virtual session on Zoom. The event is open to the public; however, registration is required.
